Festival Concert 2021

Our Festival Concert is scheduled for Saturday, March 13 in the Competition Gymnasium on campus at Spain Park HS.  We’ve chosen this location as it allows us to socially distance our student performers on a single performance platform.  It also gives us the best opportunity to socially distance our audience. Masks will be required for entry at this event.

We are also planning to live stream the performance for friends and family unable to attend in person!

In order to better facilitate social distancing, we are presenting a series of 4 concerts with transition time to allow guests to exit and enter the facility while still maintaining a safe performance environment. Students will be expected to attend and perform for their concert ONLY. You are welcome to attend additional concerts if you like.

As we are limiting performances to one band at a time, we will not be requiring pre-registration for this event.

STUDENTS SHOULD ENTER BUILDING AT “DUMPSTER” DOORS NEAR BAND PRACTICE FIELD.  Guests should enter using the COMPETITION GYM entrance.

The schedule for the event is as follows:

  • 1 PM: Student Leadership Team Gym Setup
  • 3 PM: Chamber Winds – (Call is 3 PM – come dressed in concert black | Concert Begins at 3:15 PM)
  • 4 PM: Symphonic Band – (Call is 3:45 PM – dress in marching uniform | Concert Begins at 4:15 PM)
  • 5 PM: Berry MS Band – (Call is 5 PM | Concert Begins at 5:15 PM)
  • 6 PM: Shades of Blue Jazz Band – (Call is 6 PM – come dressed in concert black | Concert Begins at 6:15 PM)
