Band Banquet Information

 

The 2020 Band Banquet will be held on Friday, May 1 at 6 PM in the Banquet Rooms of the Embassy Suites, HWY 150 Hoover, AL.  All performing members (instrumental, guard, dance and majorette) as well as family and friends are encouraged to attend this special event.

 

Marching performers in good standing with the SP Band Boosters are free of charge.  Non-marching members, family and friends must purchase tickets for this event. Tickets include dinner and cost $32 each and are only available for purchase online using www.myschoolfees.com.  Tickets are not available at the door and, unfortunately, there is not an option for attending without the purchase of a ticket.

Special Senior Recognition

 

Parents of Seniors…

As part of our event, we are preparing a special Senior Recognition Video.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!

 

Please use the form below to upload up to FIVE pictures of your Senior student that BEST CAPTURE their personality, interests and dreams!  Upload pictures of the highest quality (up to 1 GB each) possible to ensure that the video quality is GREAT!

 

We need three types of pictures: 1 Baby Picture (REQUIRED), 1 Senior-Year Picture (REQUIRED), and up to 3 additional pictures that best represent them as they grew up!

 

We will be using these pictures to create a special video that will be presented at the banquet and then made available for you to view and share.  We are hoping this will be a very special time in our celebration!

 

WE NEED THESE PICTURES NO LATER THAN April 1 to ensure we have time to pull the video together!

Senior Display Information

 

Parents of Seniors…

You are invited to create a “Senior Display” for this event. There are tons of ideas for displays of this nature online (try pinterest!).  Senior students will be allowed a 3 foot wide x 30 inches deep table space at the band banquet. There is access to power outlets in most of the spaces (you must provide your own extension cords!).

 

Please let us know if you plan to set up a Senior Display by completing the short form below.  We will have your spot reserved and labeled inside the banquet space. This would be in addition to the Senior Video we are creating using the pictures you provide.
